Rajesh Panicker, with over two decades of experience in senior executive roles, joins Acsia Technologies as Group CFO, bringing a wealth of expertise to the company.

Senior management and business professional joins the team 

Thiruvananthapuram, December 21, 2022: Acsia Technologies, a global leader in automotive software powering Connected Vehicles, Infotainment Systems, and e-Mobility, today announced the appointment of Rajesh Panicker as Group CFO. 

Rajesh brings a wealth of experience to Acsia, with a distinguished career spanning over two decades in senior executive roles. With a strong background in P & L management, financial planning, risk assessment, and deal structuring, Rajesh has consistently delivered results and contributed to the growth and success of businesses. 

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Rajesh’s tenure at IBS Software was marked by significant milestones, including the exponential increase in net worth from thousands to billions of dollars. His expertise extends to mergers and acquisitions, where he played a pivotal role in executing strategic deals and managing large contracts.

Rajesh holds an MBA in Finance from Bangalore University and a degree in Cost Accounting from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. His academic background in Mathematics from Mahatma Gandhi University further complements his analytical skills and strategic acumen. 

As Group CFO, Rajesh Panicker will play a key role in steering Acsia Technologies towards continued success, leveraging his expertise to optimize financial performance and drive sustainable growth in the dynamic automotive industry.
