Dr. Vasuki toured the Acsia Experience Zone before addressing employees in a session attended by Founder & CEO Jijimon Chandran and the members of Acsia’s senior leadership team.

Sharing her journey to the Indian Administrative Service, Dr. Vasuki highlighted the role of Vipassana meditation, yoga and other mindfulness practices as powerful tools for mental well-being. She urged professionals to embrace experientialism – immersing fully in meditation and self-reflection – to achieve deeper self-awareness and a state of inner “bliss” that fosters personal growth and positive impact on others.

“A true understanding of the self transforms both personal and professional life,” Dr. Vasuki said, encouraging the Acsia community to cultivate honesty, responsibility and compassion through self-realisation.

Closing the program, Jayachandran R, Vice President – People & Values, thanked Dr. Vasuki for her thought-provoking address and for reinforcing the value of inner strength in building inclusive workplaces.
