Job Responsibilities: –

1. Lead our performance and optimization team for AUTOSAR products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AUTOSAR software architecture and be familiar with low-level optimization of AUTOSAR systems.
2. Lead the performance and optimization team for AUTOSAR products.
3. Optimize AUTOSAR systems for maximum performance and efficiency.
4. Understand microcontroller architectures and real-time operating systems.
5. Analyze and identify potential problems by analysis of code and traces.
6. Create and maintain architecture documentation for the product line, following Automotive SPICE guidelines.
7. Work closely with other teams, such as software development, testing, and validation, to ensure product quality and performance.
8. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that our products are at the forefront of the industry.

Skill & Experience Required: –

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in AUTOSAR software architecture and optimization
3. Strong knowledge of microcontroller architectures and real-time operating systems
4. Experience with Automotive SPICE guidelines and documentation
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
