As we gear up for the Automotive Ethernet Congress, we are excited to meet you and discuss the shift towards Zonal Architectures and how ASA-ML E and RCP technologies combine to build cost-effective and scalable architectures for future SDVs:
• ASA-ML E: Developed by the Automotive SerDes Alliance (ASA), the Rev 2 specification incorporates Ethernet for high-speed, secure, and scalable data transfer. By integrating Ethernet into the imager, ASA-ML E delivers a cost-optimized solution tailored for asymmetric use cases in automotive systems.
• Remote Control Protocol (RCP): Designed for the efficient control of low-cost edge nodes, RCP features a centralized control architecture and low-complexity implementation, enabling streamlined operations and reduced overhead.
On 19 February 2025 at 9:45 AM, Patrice Ancel of BMW Group and Sojan James from Acsia will jointly present a session titled “Data Aggregation and Edge Node Control using ASA-ML and RCP for Zonal Architecture.”
